Bud Fallon

Bud Fallon moved from Boston to Los Angeles with a dream and a plan to start his own personal training business. He first started his quest at the World’s Gym in Venice, CA. He started from the ground and quickly filled up his client roster. His next step would be to find the right location for his business to grow even more, opening more opportunities to care for his clients’ needs in a controlled environment. In January 2007, the doors opened and the creation of STUDIO 1-ON-1 Private Fitness Center was in full effect. Bud’s goal is to treat everyone like a VIP and is constantly looking for ways to help clientele achieve their goals in the healthiest, safest, most efficient way possible.

Nikko Alexiadis

Nikko is fitness professional with over eight years of industry experience. He earned a B.S. in Kinesiolgy from San Diego State University. Nikko is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Certified Personal Trainer from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He believes strength training is truly the “fountain of youth” and helps people have better lives. His no-nonsense approach will help you get the results you are looking for.

Gerald Edwards

Gerald was born and raised in Ann Arbor, MI and grew up playing basketball, football, and running track; continuing on to play collegiate football. He holds a B.S. in Business Management from Heidelberg University and soon after graduating he received his first fitness training certification and began training clients full time. With his background in sports-specific training and therapeutic exercise, Gerald is able to confidently work with all levels of clients and pushes them to achieve their goals by teaching proper bracing techniques, form, and breath

Jason Gordy

Jason has 10 years of experience as a personal trainer. He trains in Muay Thai kickboxing, which he offers to his clients and specializes in kettle bell exercises for functional training, with an extensive background in weightlifting for both strength and physique. Jason is a former United States Marine who survived a critical respiratory illness in 2004. Using the “Exercise is Medicine” philosophy, he has made health and fitness his primary objective and focus toward the healing and restoration of his lungs. He holds multiple certifications including National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).

Jon Mackey

Jon is a former professional beach volleyball player and collegiate level soccer player from Clearwater, Florida.  He has more than five years of personal training experience and spent another three years working with physical therapists and chiropractors in a clinical setting.  He has a B.S. in history and minors in both biology and chemistry from Florida State University.  He is also a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and specializes in geriatrics and post-injury rehabilitation/training.

Mike Fallon

Mike has been with Studio 1-ON-1 since its inception. He has been training in and around the LA area for the last 12 years. He prides himself on getting his clients results. Mike has worked with people of all ages, from 13 to 86. He holds a certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), as well as a Healthcare Provider, Heartsaver First Aid and Heartsaver AED with CPR certifications through the American Heart Association (AHA). He is also a certified instructor of BLS (Basic Life Support) CPR through the AHA. In his own words: “It is my belief that health and knowledge work well together. A healthy body and a healthy mind will lead to a happy lifestyle. I can only hope to help in that process for those who cross my path.”

Jason Root

Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Arizona State University and holds multiple certifications including Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Performance Coach (USAW), Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) and Exercise is Medicine (EIM). He has helped hundreds of people reach new levels of athletic performance, fitness, and health in collegiate strength and condition, youth athletics, physical therapy, spinal cord injury rehabilitation, and fitness facilities across the country.

Matt Garrell

Matt has 12 years of experience as a personal trainer. He holds a degree in Exercise Science and is nationally certified through NASM. He recently completed his Masters in Nutritional Science while on his way to become a registered dietitian. He has worked in private gyms and studios as well as corporate fitness/management for more than three years. Matt’s goal is to teach his clients how to lead a healthy lifestyle as well as reach their fitness goals
